The Menu
The PG version includes a single mat for individual workouts and a duo mat for partner sessions. Both use Dutchie’s Exercise Menu, divided into 4 categories of 10 animations each:
• Stretch – Warm-up movements for flexibility and recovery
• Active – Light cardio and energizing moves
• Core – Focused abdominal and stability work
• Strength – Muscle-building bodyweight exercises
6 built-in sequences guide you through full routines: Stretch (10), Fitdance (3), Active (7), Core (10), Strength (9), Full Session (36).
The Femdom Trainer Mat adds an entirely new dimension to your workouts. Designed for dominant women and their submissive partners, it’s a stage for discipline, training, erotic control, and worship.
The Femdom Menu contains 5 categories of 10 couple animations each:

The main leather, leather ends, and wood can each be changed individually via menu. Each has 6 coordinated color options — all matching Dutchie’s growing luxury fitness collection.
New! Phatpussy compatibility
The last 6 Worship animations are Phatpussy-compatible and will automatically open it to the right state when worn.
Lovense Sex Toy Compatibility
Lovense toys can connect to all Control and Worship animations. Vibration intensity increases gradually during play and syncs between partners for a shared experience — no matter what toy you use.
The process is straightforward. Each adult sub-menu and sequence starts with gentle vibrations, which gradually increase in intensity as you progress. Start with soft vibrations and slowly increase the intensity, until you find a level that feels good to you. If you prefer softer vibrations, you can always go back to a lower level.
Aeros Obsidian and the Physics Cock
When worn, the Aeros Obsidian or Physics Cock will auto-align to the animations under Control and Worship, offering realistic interactions without manual adjustment.
